C-arm Fluoroscopy
The console at the C-arm.
Fox Arc is the operating console for a mobile C-arm, built for equipment makers who bring their own detector and generator. It takes the patient from the worklist, shows the live image while the beam is on, keeps the dose in view, and sends the run to the PACS.
Fluoro
Continuous and pulsed fluoroscopy, with half dose.
DSA
Subtraction and roadmap, on the live image and on saved runs.
Protocols
8 protocols picked from a body figure, and a one-tap emergency patient.
PACS
A send queue with retry that survives a restart.
Dose in view while the beam is on: DAP, air kerma and dose rate, with a fluoroscopy limit of five minutes or less.
Fox Arc takes the patient, a protocol and the live frames, and sends out the run to the PACS, to print, to media and into the dose report.
Your C-arm
The live frames from your detector while the beam is on, and the patient from the worklist or registered at the console.
1 Register
The patient and one of 8 protocols, or a one-tap emergency patient.
2 Image
Continuous or pulsed fluoroscopy, spot radiographs, and CINE loops that save themselves.
3 Dose and DSA
DAP, air kerma and dose rate in view, and a DSA or a roadmap.
4 Review
The run frame by frame: window and level, markers and measurement.
Data out
The run sent to the PACS through a queue that survives a restart, printed on film or paper, or exported, with the dose report.
Grouped the way the case runs.
Register at the console or take the order from the worklist; the body figure picks the region and the protocol.
Live imaging with the dose on screen the whole time the beam is on.
Subtraction and roadmapping on the live image and on saved runs.
Read a saved run frame by frame and keep what you set with the series.
Get the case out the way the hospital wants it.
The console knows who is at it and keeps a record of what happened.
The order an operator works in during a case.
Take the patient from the worklist or register them, including a one-tap emergency patient, and choose one of eight protocols.
Run continuous or pulsed fluoroscopy, take spot radiographs and let CINE loops save themselves.
DAP, cumulative air kerma and dose rate stay on screen while the fluoroscopy timer counts toward its limit.
Set window and level, make a DSA, add markers and measure against a calibration.
Send to the PACS, print film or paper, or export to media, with the dose report.
The console, the image pipeline and the DICOM side are in place; the detector and generator drivers are where it meets your hardware.
General, orthopaedic extremity and hip, spine, abdomen, urology, cardiac and vascular.
Continuous fluoroscopy is held to a limit of five minutes or less.
Frames on film or paper at 1, 2×2, 3×3 or 4×4 per sheet.
TLS 1.2 and 1.3 per DICOM node, with a send queue that survives a restart.
Technician, radiologist and manager, with idle lock and lockout.
WPF on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit, with detector and generator simulators for bench work.
